Mrs. Anita Lovallo
Mrs. Anita Lovallo has been the Director of Guidance since February 1998. Prior to this position at Cresskill High School, she served as a guidance counselor for 6 years and a special education teacher for seven years. Mrs. Lovallo is also the supervisor for the Special Education Department.
Ms. Janelle Amato , Ph.D.
Janelle Amato, Ph.D. is a school psychologist, who has worked in the Cresskill School District since 2006. She conducts psychological assessments of intelligence, behavioral, and social/emotional functioning of students. Dr. Amato also provides counseling and social skills training to students who are classified either individually or in a small group.
Michele McMahon , M.A., P.D.
Michele McMahon, M.A., P.D . is a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, who is trained to determine the learning styles of children and to recommend specific teaching methods/materials which will best accommodate a child’s needs. Mrs. McMahon is also a certified School Psychologist.
Ellen Muhlberg , M.A.
Ellen Muhlberg, M.A. has been a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant since 1989. Prior to that, she was a special education teacher and has always had a consistent commitment to students with special needs. Mrs. Muhlberg has advanced training in Orton-Gillingham based reading instruction and is a certified Wilson Reading Teacher.
Jennifer Pappachristou , Psy.D.
Jennifer Pappachristou, Psy.D. is a school psychologist, who has worked in the Cresskill School District since 2004. She performs psychological assessments of intelligence, behavioral, and social/emotional functioning of students ranging in age from preschool to high school. She provides counseling, social skills training, and crisis intervention.
Danielle Reiffe , MSW, LCSW
Danielle Reiffe, MSW, LCSW has worked in the Cresskill School District since 2001. She works in both the elementary school as well as the Middle School/High School. As a child study team case manager, Mrs. Reiffe is involved in consultations with teachers regarding interventions with regular and special education students (e.g. referrals to local therapists, prevention of bullying, community building, etc.)
